Content Manager

Qualive is a real estate developer based in Porto, Portugal. We are looking for a part-time Content Manager to develop and distribute digital and print content across all channels. This is a hands-on position, the candidate will be responsible for developing an online marketing strategy and writing all content on the company's blog, LinkedIn, and social media. It is a part-time position with a commitment of two days per week.

Content Manager Responsibilities

  • Write content and develop execution plan across all channels including company blog, LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletters

  • Create SEO-friendly content strategies 

  • Define the tone of voice and serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, and brand consistency 

  • Engage with journalists and publicists to raise brand recognition

  • Advise and edit the content of all sales materials 



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication preferred 

  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience

  • Experience in leading content strategies for early-stage companies  

  • Familiar with SEO management software

  • Familiar with Google Ad words

  • Excellent writing skills in English is required 

  • Excellent writing skills in Portuguese is preferred 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication, organized, interpersonal and time management skills

  • A positive attitude coupled with a strong work ethic

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a part of the team

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction, proactive
