Ziyou Tian holds a degree in urban planning and real estate from Cornell University. Ziyou’s previous experience in building revitalization includes projects for Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong and for a nonprofit in Portugal. She leads Qualive's development projects since 2016.
A graduate of New York University with a degree in economics, Claire Han is an investment manager with a distinguished background in Asian financial services. Prior to Qualive, she worked as an investment manager for UBS SDIC Asset Management Co. managing portfolio investments. Claire has also worked for Ernst & Young, conducting audit reviews for IPOs as well as for listed firms.
Maria Vasconcelos has experience developing a wide variety of architectural projects, ranging from residential buildings to the regeneration of urban spaces. As a designer, Maria has worked alongside renowned architects such as Eduardo Souto de Moura, Manuel Aires Mateus, and Adriano Pimenta. Prior to joining Qualive and Q.ARCH, Maria operated her own successful architectural practice for four years.
Benedita Macedo Sampaio
Laila Nesheim has a diverse background from various fields including International Development with the United Nations Development Program in Jerusalem and Norway. In 2014, her negotiation skills acquired from complex international development projects allowed her to successfully transition to the Real Estate field. She currently sources and negotiates deals on behalf of many investors and funds from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
